Summer at the Scrapyard
Summer is here and with it comes sun, days off and perhaps a slightly slower pace. At Rosa Skrot we keep our doors open all summer long – for those who want to work out in the gym, find the motivation to train in group training or just come in for some alone time.

💕 We are here all summer long
Whether you train with us or on a pier – remember that training this summer doesn't have to be advanced. It should feel good, give you energy and make you feel good in both body and soul. And if you need a little extra pep, exercise inspiration or just want to say hello – come by Rosa Skrot! See you this summer.
Summer training tips
We know that summer also means travel, a country retreat, hanging out at the beach or having kids at home – and then your training may need to be adjusted a bit. That's why we want to offer some summer tips, both for those of you who train with us and for those of you who take your training out into the summer.
01. Try something new
Maybe you've wanted to try something new but haven't had the time? Summer is perfect for experimenting without stress.
04. Rubber band
Pack a mini band – it weighs nothing and is enough to do a full workout for your butt, thighs and shoulders.
02. Short & effective
20 minutes is enough! Focus on full-body workouts with exercises like squats, rowing, push-ups and hip lifts.
05. The body as weight
Squats, lunges, push-ups, hip lifts and planks work everywhere – in the cottage, on the balcony or in a park.
03. Take advantage of the calm
Fewer people in the gym = more space and time to focus. Take the opportunity to get to know the technique and do your favorites in peace and quiet.
06. Movement
A walk, a swim, a few jumps or a game are also movement. All movement counts!
