Tuesday evening – start at 5:15 PM from Rosa Skrot, return about 60 minutes later.
Friday morning – start at 7:00 AM from Rosa Skrot, return about 45 minutes later.

What do I need to participate?
- A pair of comfortable running shoes, a sturdy sports bra and an open mind.
Can I join in on individual sessions?
- For those of you who are an experienced jogger, or Snyggjoggat in the past, you can join in on individual sessions at a cost of 75 SEK per session. Bookings can be made directly in the schedule or via reception.
