We have a fully equipped gym with free weights and high-quality cardio & strength training machines.

Group training

We have two studios, which we fill with 25+ classes per week. Strength training, yoga, cardio & pilates.

Personal training

Every session gets better with a PT. Train 1:1, in a DUO or in a PT Small Group. Our team of trainers is well known for their experience.
